Method

  5. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even cooking. You'll hear a gentle sizzling and see the beans start to develop slight charring.
  6. Check the beans: they should be bright green with crispy, slightly charred edges. If they need more crispness, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Transfer the crispy green beans to a serving bowl. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over them or sprinkle with grated Parmesan for extra flavor.
