Method
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth out creases, then cut into 24 small squares about 2 inches each.
- Place the pastry squares evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
- Carefully dollop about 1 teaspoon of Brie cheese into the center of each pastry square, pressing gently to spread it out slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix chopped cranberries with sugar and a splash of orange juice until well combined.
- Using a small spoon, top each Brie-filled pastry square with a small spoonful of the cranberry mixture, spreading it slightly over the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed, and the Brie is bubbling and slightly browned.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the bites sit for 5 minutes to set.
- Gently transfer the bites to a serving platter and drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze if desired for extra sweetness and shine.
- Serve warm or at room temperature, enjoying the crispy exterior, melty Brie, and tart cranberry topping in every bite.
Notes
For a more festive touch, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs or sea salt before serving.
